Combined Heat and Power

Biomass Combined Heat and Power (CHP) refers to the simultaneous generation of both heat and electricity using Biomass fuel as the original energy source. Biomass CHP enables users to generate heat and power in a more ecologically friendly manner because the fuel itself is renewable. Readily available wood waste that may otherwise enter landfill sites can also be used for Biomass CHP fuel. This process therefore enables your electricity and heating needs to be catered for with low carbon emissions helping to reduce your carbon footprint and impact on the environment.

During 2016 we worked closely with both Electratherm and Kriger to develop a reliable Combined Heat and Power plant that we believe is one of the most attractive CHP plants available. With the conbination of the Kriger Biomass Boilers ability to reliably burn low grade biomass and Electratherm producing exceptionally reliable ORC units, customers can be confident of achieving high running hours with minimum input.
